Please be advised that the Sarasota County government has issued a mandatory evacuation order that affects The Residences on Siesta Key Beach due to the threat posed by Hurricane Milton. As of 12 p.m. ET on October 7, 2024, the property is currently closed as the management team prepares for the arrival of the Hurricane. Updates on the storm can be found on the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration www.noaa.gov.

During the closure, updates on the resort’s operating status will be provided on this page. This situation is dynamic and changing rapidly. Due to the fluidity of the storm, at this time we cannot provide you with a date when we will  reopen and be operational.
