Imagine having access to over 6,500 standalone luxury homes and villas, resort residences, and keys to actual castles — all offering unforgettable experiences.

For Owners with a fractional Hyatt Vacation Club® Ownership product, that dream is realized thanks to the connection with ThirdHome — with no initiation fee required.*

For Owners like Brian Sbrocco and his family, ThirdHome has opened the door to a world of high-end travel.

“I’ve traveled the world with ThirdHome — they are always better or greater than my wife’s expectations,” he says. The properties, he adds, have consistently impressed even his toughest critic.

What is ThirdHome?

Thanks to your Ownership in Hyatt Vacation Club, you’re now eligible to join ThirdHome at no cost — a $2,500 value. This upscale travel club with a vast selection of diverse travel options is available to eligible Owners with deeded, fixed, and float Hyatt Vacation Club weeks.

How it Works

Deposit your eligible weeks into ThirdHome and receive travel credits called Keys. These Keys unlock access to reserve available luxury accommodations in private homes, world-class resorts, and other unique accommodations in more than 2,500 destinations.

Property Highlights:
  • 6,300 in the U.S.
  • 7,800 in Mexico
  • 1,400 in the Caribbean
  • 1,100 in Europe
  • 360 in Central and South America
  • 400 in Asia-Pacific

Participating brands include Four Seasons®, Auberge Resorts Collection®, Viceroy®, Rosewood®, Kempinski®, and many more.

Prefer your own space? That’s easy. With 1,400 high-value homes valued at $4 million and up and more than 1,900 large homes with five or more bedrooms, you’ll find your perfect castle, safari camp, estate, winery, or private island. Host a multi-generational gathering, retirement party, or a memorable milestone birthday event.

An Owner’s Perspective

Sbrocco, a 15-year Hyatt Vacation Club Owner, has long valued the flexibility and quality of ThirdHome, even prior to the relationship with the vacation ownership brand.

When it's just Sbrocco and his wife, they enjoy the amenities of the luxury hotels in its portfolio.

However, when traveling with a larger group, especially multi-generational family trips, they prefer staying in large private homes. It gives them more space to connect and the ability to create special memories.

“These special moments, like catching up over coffee with the early birds, are priceless,” he said. “Instead of everyone gathering in the lobby, we have the comfort and privacy of a home.”

Ease, Value, and Quality

Sbrocco said the Keys system makes booking a breeze.

“It's easier than you think,” he says. “Keys are the currency and that's it.”

He also praised ThirdHome’s customer service. When a hot water issue arose at one property, it was resolved quickly and professionally. “This commitment to quality and ease of use is what sets them apart.”

And the value? “We stayed in a three-bedroom villa at The Cloisters — typically $7,000 to $12,000 per night — for just $1,100 to $1,200 in exchange fees.”

For Owners hesitant to give up fixed weeks, Sbrocco recommends using float weeks to earn Keys. From skiing in Deer Valley to relaxing in a private homestead in Kenya, ThirdHome has expanded his travel horizons.

“It’s a journey of exploration and luxury,” he says. “And I’m proud to be a part of it.”
