Sponsor – This special invitation is presented to you by WHV Resort Group, Inc. 300 Rancheros Dr., Suite 310, San Marcos, CA 92069.
Eligibility – This offer is limited to persons who reside in Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Washington D.C., Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Wisconsin and Wyoming. An annual income of at least US $100,000 or more is required. Offer is not transferable. One offer per family. Persons who are also not eligible for this offer include: (i) those who have taken a virtual sales presentation within the last 6 months; (ii) those who have a Hyatt Vacation Ownership contract pending or on hold; and (iii) those who had a contract with Sponsor or any affiliate canceled in past 90 days; (iv) Owner with delinquent maintenance fees or in foreclosure; (v) Owners who have purchased within the last 90 days.
Presentation – Attendance of a virtual sales presentation via tablet or desktop computer with internet access, lasting approximately 90 minutes is required. Attendees may not participate from a public location. Tablet or computer with internet access and audio and video activation at the time of the appointment is required to participate in the overview and to receive any bonus gifts. If married, cohabitating, or in a life partnership, both parties must be together sharing the same tablet or desktop computer at the time of the scheduled program overview, and both must be active participants in the program overview and sales presentation for the full 90 minutes. Those joining who do not activate the video and audio functions of the meeting call will be ineligible to participate in the sales presentation and receive any incentive offer.
