A new Fractional Owner Services phone number is available for Owners at:

  • The Residences at Mountain Lodge 
  • The Residences at Park Hyatt Beaver Creek
  • The Residences at Main Street Station
  • The Residences on Siesta Key Beach
  • Hyatt Vacation Club at Northstar Lodge (those with fractional Ownership)

To reach customer service, call 800-239-7110 Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time. 

Calls will be answered by associates trained on the unique aspects of Fractional Ownership at these properties. 

To reach Owner Services outside these hours — and for all other Owners (including those at Northstar Lodge that don’t have fractional Ownership) — please visit The Lounge.
